part no. License plate light for turbo s

hi everyone, i would like to know what kind of bulbs should i use for the turbo s license plate light.i would like to mod. for led light ,just like the photo,but the bulbs are different ,do you know where can i find the leds for this?

also i want mod. the ashtray light,i want it in blue,what kind of led can i use.and do you know how to mod. it?
