I got to admit that even a flat painted emblem looks just as good as a 3d emblem

I made an emblem for the back of my TDI. Whadda you think?
I'm still thinking about a cool alternative emblem for the front... BTW, emblems can be removed easily by using dental floss: just slide it behind and saw away at the adhesive. No paint damage.

Sweet - I love it.
I'll try to replace my front emblem against one from the Golf Mark IV - its originally black but I have to check of the dims. Otherwhise I'll paint the emblem black - end of story

I made it myself from plastics and a chrome coating--have been working on making my own for a looooong time.
I'm thinking of doing a 'SuperBeetle' emblem next... or....
