Default Hood Emblem Removal

Has anyone removed their hood emblem? How do you do it and what does it look like under it when removed? Any pics?

I believe there's a small dent and 2 holes?

I haven't done it. I believe it's just stickied to the hood, so dental floss might be a good tool for removal. But I'd recommend you wait to hear form someone w/first hand experience.

Alright I won't. But I still dunno who else would go for a rolls-royce angel on their hood.

UNIQUE!

On your 99, there will be a circular depression the size of the emblem and 2 holes.

On your 03, there will be a circular depression the size of the emblem, but no holes.

If you look in the how-to stuff, you will find my instructions. I believe there are pictures in there. The car in the pictures is a Cool White 98.

I did not take pictures when I did my 03 but I know there were no holes under there on my car. Can't say for sure that will be true of all of them.
