You would have to get the entire Turbo S front bumper

Are you talking about the small lights near the head lights? I believe those are just running lights. I don't think they work as blinkers also. I could be wrong.

The round lights to the inside of the headlights are blinkers. The lower lights on the corners of the fascia are running lights (same shape as the rear running lights).

The only way to get the round lights is to cut up your fascia and split the wiring from your existing blinker/corner lights or buy a Turbo S fascia along with all of the related needed parts and still split your wiring. Unless you can get a dirt cheap fascia complete with all the parts, you are looking at $1,000 plus painting. It can be done (I've done it) but you need the cash to do it.

FYI - if you have a 2006 or newer bug, the Turbo S bumper will not fit.

My 2004 turbo doesn't have the holes in the fascia for blinkers. Was this an option or is it just on other years for the turbo?
