Anyone know if having a front mounted European license (novelty not really) is legal in Alberta Canada?

And if yes where could one get one?

www.europlates.com will let you make a custom euro plate. There are several others. Google "euro license plates" and I bet you will find several.

Can't answer if they are legal or not.

I'm not sure if about their legality, but I see them on many german vehicles! Mostly Jettas and GTIs. I think they'll look great on a NB or NBC in certain colors! Sorry I can't help you there.

I'd say they are legal to have.

As we are not required to have a front mounted plate in AB, you see all kinds of different regular plates (Sports teams etc... ) so why not a euro plate?

I have seen a few cars that I can remember...

Could try posting it on a local club board or something..
