whats a good setup if i wanted to lower my car and get sway bars and struts ????????

If I knew 2 years ago what I know now, I'd do H&R front/rear anti-sways and H&R coilovers, about $2G's: http://www.hrsprings.com/site/index.html

I too am looking for a suspension system...what are you hoping to gain? what systems are you considering?

Top 3 questions are:

Do you want it to handle good for normal daily driving?
Do you want it to handle good when thrown into a turn?
Or do you want to lower it?

Exactly what racertroy was getting at... which of these is most important to you?

You can get all three with my current set-up, i.e. stiffer shocks/struts, lowering springs and rear sway bar/upper tie bar, but coilovers give you more 'options'...
