Default 06 & on aftermarket???

Where should I look for parts? I hit a raccoon & needed to replace the front cover & could find nothing but stock. This is usually for most of us the push we need to go for the investment in bodywork and the kit install. I had no luck finding anything. I'm in an '07 NBC. I would love the center exhaust setup, ala retro stinger. Been looking for the clear corners, LED tails & halo's for up front to no avail. Have yet to hear of anyone really hot rodding the 2.5 yet either. No displacement kits, no turbo's? Please tell me your thoughts, or send me a few links.

Default hey now....

check out ecs tuning for the clear corners....

i've been looking into an exhaust for our 2.5L.....but you're gonna need to look into the mkv scene for info on them....they also have a few header options....

tmtuning also sells a few items that are intended on mkiv applications, but some of them are usable on our beetles....

unsure about the fitment on 98-05 headlights onto a 06-10 model....i would imagine they're close, but am not willing to purchase anything to be the guinea pig.....

while its limited. hope it helps...

I agree that ECS has some great stuff (and some amazing deals right now) but not for clear corner markers/signals.

Check out eBay:

98-05 BEETLE FRONT+REAR SIDE MARKER BUMPER LIGHTS 03 04:eBay Motors (item 170427633588 end time Jan-08-10 13:16:44 PST)

I ordered these and installed them. Pics are here:

Wolfe and Sue's '98 White TDI, "Bugsy McLove"

These are not Crystal Clear lenses. They have a textured surface that diffuses the light (shows up the entire lens rather than just the bulb at night). On a white Beetle I think these look great, but on a darker color I'd probably go with Crystal Clear lenses.
