I have a set of tan and they match my 09 NBC just fine. The only objection, if you want to call it that, the passenger's side mat has a notch for the earlier heater vent which mine does not have. They are very good quality mats.

Round retainers on the mats. Oval retainers in my beetle.

Waiting to hear back from kaiser about getting some oval retainers to change out the ones in the mats.

These mats don't use retainers, just a strip of velcro holds them in place.

These are killer floormats too btw.

I've spilled a full 44Oz drink into the passengar side floormat before. And not a drop got on my floorboards or down the little vent down there.

Was able to lift it up and dump it out w/o much problem.

These do have the round retainers in the bottom, as well as velcro on the side.

Wholly crapolly - how long does it take to get these?
Still says "Product Inbound" and I placed the order on the 10th.

I thought the velcro was kind of silly since it's just a couple inches from the retainers, and there's only one.

Also, the sides don't really match up too well. The mats have like a 1 inch lip and the floor of my beetle doesn't. Almost looks like they were meant to tuck under the trim, but I don't think that will work.
