foglight help

Hope this is the right forum for this question.. I have a 98 with fogs and right now I only have one light assembly thing. The other connector is attached and some plastic is missing. I was wondering whether you could help me determine is the connector is still good; I want to order a new assembly and stuff but there is no point if the connector is bad..Ill show some pictures.

That is the connector that fits into the rear of the foglight,
it appears to have dragged on the ground. You can connect the terminals and fill with silicone sealant to waterproof or replace the plastic connector, I don't know if its available separately.

You can try 1J0973722, should be around $15 at the dealer. I think that is just the housing without the wires or contacts.
