Default hmmm

ok so all those shifters are awsome but how do i go about removing the automatic shifter? i have looked around but i'm afraid to break anything so i ask and research first any response greatly apriciated. i'll be searching the forum for more info.

3 months after, still not finding the perfect knob..

Autobacs has tons of selection in store but not sure if they'll fit.
