Yes they just pop in however, part of the radiator support/shroud behind the bumper has to be trimed.
Try test fitting the bumper first. Using a sharpie, mark the signal light hole. Remove the bumper and trim that area with a dremel tool. It's plastic so it shouldn't take too long and it's easy to do. Thanks. I already had the shroud cut from test fitting in before I got it painted. I was unable to find anything that said how the round signals fit in any of the right-ups I found. Thanks again for the tip.
