The 06+ tails are way bigger. So, I would say, no.

Is there a similar tail light to the 2006 & Later models that will fit into that pocket.. That has the reverse light in the tail light? Just wondering..

The problem with that is going to be wiring, the older model will only have wiring for the signal and brake lights.

There are after market lights that have a different look.

The 2006-2011 has the turn signal in the clear circular portion, reverse lights are still in the lower valence.

The size and shape is entirely different, and unless you changed out the fenders and bumper cover, it's not a direct swap.
