Looks Great!
I was going to do the same, but was worried about the glare.
Is the reflection in the window a distraction ?

I never understood why people worried about the reflection/glare of their painted dash. It's just something you get used to after a few hours of driving. Made a video of my Bug with some Glare

I somehow knew it wasn't a rattle can job! LMAO I'm seeing base coat and clear coat over special primer. Figured you might have had the equipment and done it yourself. Curious what they charged you. Was this the only piece or was it in conjunction with some other paint work on the car.

I have to have a few scratches taken care of on mine that are through the base coat, and since I'm buying the paint anyway, I thought about having the exact same thing done. Maybe adding the center console.

Yep, that was a bargain, seriously! Sounds as if he already had everything except the basecoat. Really impressive look!

I remember this guy on the mini cooper forums that was
able to expertly apply carbon-fiber like film anywhere
on the exterior or interior of the car, even a full roof.
I believe he was in California, where for reasonable
rates you could send trim pieces to him . There were so
many guys in the Westchester, N.Y. - Connecticut area
that wanted major apllications done by him, that his
expenses were covered for the flight in, including a sleep
over at one of the customer's homes, and over a weekend he
did a load of cars. His work was impeccable but I'm not
sure about his name. It might have been Lyle but the Mini
guys would know for sure.
