Doors
I do not like the widow frame and may have a chance to strip a vert. I was wondering how different the doors and windows are from the hard top window and doors.

Depends upon the part. Remember a hatchback is a sedan (window frame and post) a convertible is a coupe, of sorts (no window frame, no post)
