Default Disable turning lights at night

I'm not fully sure how to describe this but I just upgraded to HiD's and I love them,

So when I turn on my lights at night I was wondering if there was a way to disable the
two turning signals from also coming up (unless I want to turn of course)

I disabled my DRL off a "how-to" off this website and it was super easy!

I was just wondering if it was that easy to disable the turning lights at night

I'll include a pic to show you what I mean!

thanks!

take the bulb out
you will see there are two footing contact on the base
use a tape to cover up the right one to short
it's a ghetto method but you save the trouble if you ever need to reverse it back

Remember, these are your side marker lights for others to see you from the side mainly at night. This is a safety issue for you and an oncoming vehicle. Safety, Safety, Safety.

Yeah...I'm a teenager with a turbo bug I don't think lack of side markers is the most dangerous aspect of my driving :P :P

I'm just kidding. I'm a pretty safe driver, plus there's to much traffic in my area to go fast enough to do any serious damage.

One more problem with having the lights out is it gives the mounties a reason to stop you and hassle you at any time(after dark).

Not every car has 4 lights on the front, but EVERY vehicle comes with, and is required by law to have front parking lights/ turn signals. I hope you have money to pay tickets..
