I believe those inserts came with the Special 2002 Double Yellow Color Concept edition. Not sure if you can buy the inserts by themselfes. The wheels will be difficult to find.
The wheels are called Take 5 and are 17inch in diameter. You can do a search to see if anyone is selling them. Even if the inserts aren't yellow you can always paint them. Even so
this type may be difficult to find.

You can get the inserts themselves (I know I've seen some for sale in the past), but you would need the Take 5 wheels too.

They are very rare. I think they only made those wheels for a couple of years and it has been a while. So they will get more rare as time goes on.

They came on the Color Concept cars and I think there was one or two others too. I see them come up on here enough though.
