Default Seat Covers

Being the cheap (broke) bastad I am, and since my baby has had waaay to much time in the sun, I need something to cover up the tear in my leather seats untill I gets me tax money to have them redone. Does anyone make seat covers for the NB seats? I hate the ones at autozone an orileys.

I just grabbed a pair of covers from WalMart. Nothing fancy but they fit pretty good and add a little bit of comfort.

What kind did you pick up from Wally world? I want to get a custom set for my NB but still waiting on tax money too. Did you get covers for the front seats and the back seats?

I just looked at some seat covers at Wal-Mart all they all said do not install on seats with side airbags...doesn't the Beetle have those?

Yeah, I saw that too. I'm not too terribly worried about it (perhaps I should be).
If a big ass truck hits you in the side a little air bag isn't going to do much.
Might as well get critically injured knowing your seats won't be stained.

I just bought some that are slip overs from the two front seats. I bought the black and gray kind. Nothing special.

WHat scott said , but you ( I ) could mod the covers so the airbag could come out if needed

Thanks , WEll the Back seat In the NBC is rather small , the small Bench seat cover they sold is bigger then the back seat, so I had to pull the back seat out , cut and trim the cover so it would fit , then I stitched and pinned the cover on the back side of the rear seat and reinstalled it .
