I have TVA seat covers and they're pretty good. I never thought I'd have Hawaiian print anything in my car but I like these. The blue matches Blue Lagoon almost perfectly. And they have a hole for the side air bags. The covers were tricky to put on since I didn't get any instructions on the best way to do it. Plus they didn't have holes for the head rests. My dad used a sharp knife to make the holes. They do move around a little and the stitching on the outside is sort of unraveling. But it's better than worrying all the time about my seats. My water bottle leaked a little last week and I was so glad I had the seats covered! I have a picture of the seat covers on in my Daisy thread. I was considering buying from Wet Okole(sp?) but those cost a lot more. I think an org member said something about the dye from Okole's covers coming off on the seats, it might have been dnyed.

The Wet Okole's are excellent. Haven't heard anything about the dye coming off... and you'd have a hard time convincing me that they were true WO's if it did
![]() They are fully rated for use on seats with side airbags. See the videos on their websites' safety page . The genuine neoprene material is comfortable and nice to sit on, wet or dry. The ones from TVA I've heard are also very good (though Wet Okole's offer a wider range of prints, if Hawaiian really isn't your thing). The similar ones that Walmart sells, though, have something of a bad reputation. Very cheaply made and don't hold up over time. Don't believe the eBay guy. Will a side airbag rip through a seat cover? Maybe. But even if it does, that doesn't guarantee that it will rip through properly. Even the slightest deflection in the tragetory of the airbag can cause it to end up in the wrong position or orientation... making it virtually useless in a accident. In addition, there's a possibility that, if the seat cover isn't designed for side airbags, the explosion of the airbag will send pieces of seat cover fabric flailing through the air. Not really something you want to be dealing with while you're experiencing an collision, me thinks. Stick with seat covers that are designed specifically for seats with side airbags. |

Good luck with finding your seat covers. I agree with steinola - you get what you pay for at Wal-Mart. Go with quality. I think the post about Wet Okole's covers and the dye was on the old forums, but the link is acting up right now. I know someone posted that because I remember thinking how glad I was that I didn't pay more for those.
