Default Center Console HELP!

The button that you push to open the center console of my '02 beetle BROKE OFF!!! I have no idea where to get a new one and one of the little plastic parts that broke off got lost so I can't glue it back on. Does anyone know where I can buy a new top for it? Any suggestions?

Yes. The little button that you push to open the armrest. My niece was leaning on it and the button broke off.

That's awesome Marvins_Dad. Man I am so glad I joined this group. Someone can always help those of us in need. (Hopefully I will never need to do that repair though.)

Default Me Tooo!!

Hey! Dont forget about me!! I need a new button and spring. My big hunky dad broke it.

I found these online but i think their kind of expensive. $12.00 each!!!
http://www.ecstuning.com/stage/edpd/...egory=Interior

scroll down to mid section to find them.

Does anyone know where to get them cheaper?
I think so because its only plastic and a spring after all...

Dude that price rules!
It's $14 from the dealership or 1svwparts.com - I'll order from there for a couple bucks cheaper. Think of the alternative - replacing the entire arm rest...that's a big ouch!

I ordered mine last night from ECS. Shipping was high but still cheaper than gas

I also bought a "Fast is my co-pilot" t-shirt, which they offer free shipping on. I wanted the shirt, needed the latch, and it all came together.
