Ok so I am selling my 19x8" Audi A8L rims and buying sum new rollers...but im a little nervous about the new setup because they are 9.5 in back and 8.5 up front...im concerned about rubbing while doing some turns (car is lowered on H&R coils) any insights would be really appreciated!

Lorem has 18x8,5 rims with 235/40-18 tires on the front and his car is lowered as well. Check his pictures here: Lorem - 2003 Platinum Grey Turbo S and here http://forums.newbeetle.org/showthre...threadid=35001

You can use a tire size calculator to see which 19" tire size equals his 18": http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

Don't take tires wider than 235 on the front. And off course it's important to have the right ET, it should be between 30 and 35 (Lorem has ET35).

Interesting, I'm going from 225/45/17 to 235/35/19 and it's EXACTLY the same diameter. How do u figure the ET? I'm getting Mille Miglia EVO's that are 19 by 8's.
