There's no apostrophe before an 's' when you're talking about the plural version of a word. "I took some neat photo's!" is NOT correct.

Problem duplicated. I'll see if James can take a look at it sometime soon.

Works for me but takes FOREVER to load, it's been like that since I first checked it a couple days ago. I use an Apple Powerbook with OS 10.4.8 & Safari 2.0.4.

Agreed. I've only ever had the patience to play with it once since I joined because it takes a billion years to load. IE7 on a Dell.

I just tried to get it to load and it made firefox crash. The map loaded but no pins or anything.

Theres a way to limit the amount of markers (pins) onscreen, that might be a good way to speed it up. Maybe have it initially zoomed in to just the US, limit the number of pins shown at that view and then limit the loaded pins to just the ones within the zoomed view. If that makes sense. I did something similar with houses on a Google Map about a year ago for a local real estate company, set it up so that it only loaded pins relevant to the view and a little outside the view, ie; not loading pins in San Francisco when the map is displaying new York. It takes some work, I think I got it going by sheer luck, but its possible.

Good to know.

I think we limited some by doing the different colored pins. But yes; it looks like more limitations would help.

It's just flat running up the memory usage.

the other night it loaded for me but my pin wasn't there although I have "show me on the members map" checked in my cp?
Plus if I log in on the main page the page turns to an all white page filled with lines of code?

I can't get the member map to display my pin, either. It says it updates every hour, but I updated my profile yesterday and still nothing.

My pin isn't showing up in the member map, and I was kinda curious as to why? I have the option to show me checked in my profile...
