I have not had this problem, but after teasing people a few times I figured it was time to find a resolution.

A few people are not able to see pictures that a uploaded to the .org's server. They have to have them linked from a photobucket-type site. Is this an .org issue, or is it just a setting problem on their computers?

I haven't been informed of anyone having that problem. I would first assume it's some ad blocking software gone wrong.

Nothin' wrong w/the org server regarding sending pictures when they're requested.

They should probably contact me on IM to trouble shoot the problem.

It's just something I've come across while reading photo threads. It's a couple of those Cali-chicks. Maybe it's just them.

Gi, it was the pictures you posted that couldn't be seen by 1 or 2 people that led me to start this. I had no problem seeing either set!

You've been able to see them all, too, right?

Weird. I use IE and have never had an issue viewing pictures that have been loaded on the .org's server.

Should see them either way. If you can get text from the org server, then you should be able to see images. Heck, if you see post buttons, then you receive images.

It'll be a case-by-case thing I'm sure.

so i switched to IE last night and re-uploaded the pics.

Interesting, but I wouldn't think it was necessary. FF is all I ever use unless there's no alternatives.

I hardly ever have the problem but, I couldn't see Gi's photos. I even refreshed and tried the page a few times and nothing. When she edited it and uploaded them they showed up twice.

And I know Aura could NEVER see my photos until X told me to use Photobucket.

Do any of you have any problems with any of the pictures I've posted? Almost all of them have been uploaded to the .org's server from Internet Explorer. I've never heard of people not seeing them, yet it sounds like I use the same method as some people whose pictures you haven't seen.

Weird stuff.

Well, it seems this still isn't solved, and I think now some people can't see pictures that they themselves have loaded!
