Is there a specific order in which the online members are shown on the bottom of the page?
I see I'm the first.
Does it mean I'm longest online?

And the difference in color. Purple are member sponsors, black are members, and the other color (forgot) are the mods and administrators?
Just to be sure.

The order it displays in is the following:

You, then Everyone else in alphabetical in order..

So if I was logged in as you, I'd see
Mazjaaaaaaaa, bob, CrazyJames, fred, george, ...

Logged in as me I see
CrazyJames, bob, fred, george, Mazjaaaaaaa

And for the colors:

Black --> Members
Purple --> Member Sponsers
Orange --> Mods/Admins

(Of course I am color blind, so they might not be those exact colors)

Despite being color blind, James got it right. He probably read the hex values and converted them to colors in his geek brain, or something.

Case in point. Anyone who uses double equal signs while typing a forum post is too nerdy to be my friend!
