Default Site maintenance

I was just wondering if it's just me or is anyone else having a problem getting in to certain forums/threads? For example, I can go in to Misc Hoo-Ha and go in to one thread and it will work fine but when I try to go into another thread in Misc Hoo-ha I'll get that message from Saad saying

The forum is off for a bit as we perform some maintenance.

This may take a while.. Thanks... Saad
when I'm still in the same forum but just trying to look at a different thread.

I cleared my temp files and cookies.

So is this supposed to be happening?

Just want to clarify whether it's my computer or actually things going on here.

TIA

I think that might be part of the DNS problem. Should be resolved shortly. The stuff their changing for that affects alot of computers, and they slowly share information w/eachother updating their lists of what the name means.

Saad hasn't been taking the site up and down; I believe that might just be the 'old' server when it throws up that message.

We're still focusing on this problem and trying to get it resolved.
