Do you mean the Nissan car ad ones? If so, yes. BUT, it's not really like a pop-up. It's just an add in the corner of my screen.

Hey, at least the Nissan one doesn't want to blind me, make me angry, turn me into a mad killer!

My favorite one is the "The webpage cannot be found". I love that one!

This just started today --

They change continuously - I've seen "caribbean vacations", "why is Susan boyle crying?" and other nonsense.

They appear in the upper right hand corner (and expanding to 4" x 6"), and in the middle (blocking text), and on the bottom.

Click on my link in the first post and see what you get.

If you click on the "congrats - you won" ad -- this where you go :OnlineRewardCenter

I'm getting the "congratulations, you've won" flashing ad right now ...

It's pretty obnoxious since it appears on both the top and botoom of the page. Hopefully the powers that be can kill it off.

Now we're back to "the webpage cannot be..."

At least it doesn't flash or talk.

Grrr...

I spoke too soon -- the infamous "This is not a joke - you are a winner" is back - blinking and talking.

Hey All,

I'm going to remove the script until I can figure out the issue.

Thanks.

3:05 pm and the strobing red "official winner" one in the upper right is gone (yay!) but the one that randomly pops up in the lower middle of the screen is still popping up.

Keep up the good work!!!

I got it.. in fact, it began talking as I started typing.. "Congratulations! You've Won"

If this keeps up, you can count me out. I always thought that newbeetle.org was above this sort of crap.

jeez, seriously, can we get rid of the talking flashing ones at least, i have never seen those here before and really would like them gone. and all they are good for is getting spyware on your computer and possibly giving epileptics some siezures.
