question more than a suggestion re: PMs

anyone having issues sending PMs? or am I really doing something wrong?
Is there a limit to the length a message can be - I just keep getting an error 500 Internal server error and can't send a message

oh well, I was able to reply to you but still cannot send a "new" PM OR email without getting a "500 server error"

Are you putting a subject in? I know there has to be a subject before you can send a PM and sometimes I forget.

hmm, fluke? full moon? planet alignment? dunno, seems OK now - maybe I wasn't supposed to PM Marcia, ha-ha. It seems that I was able to send you a PM a couple of minutes ago, just the computer messing with me the other day I think
