Sorry to burst your bubble Jason, but the problem remains. Just went to "03bugm&M" profile page and i'm STILL getting "Eric M's" profile page.

The problem has been fixed on my end, Al. I can go to "VA bugn"s profile and it works. I can actually see his profile now.

There's something really jacked up on my end, John. Just to make sure it wasn't my computer, I went to Val's laptop to access 03bugm&m's profile... still getting the same problem- getting Eric M's profile.

Hey guys. First let me say by no means am I an IT guy. However, it's something to do with the spelling of the name. It looks like it must be alpha-numeric ONLY. I am not certain, but noR took out my hyphen, and apostrophe as you noticed, and everything is fine now. Again, this may not be the fix for everybody, but I believe it will work for those that have dashes, comma, etc in the names. Hope this helps those with the profile problem like I had.

However, Chris' org name has on underscores, hyphens or the like. It's just a straight screen name- 03bugm&m. I guess there's a ghost in the machine somwhere.

I see a "&" in that name Al. Special character found.

His problem will persist until he contacts me to change his name.

That's right, blame the hyphen.
