Why cant I change the thread title?

Is this something that only be changed by request to forum admin?

I've edited the first post, and change the title, but on the forum index it remains unchanged...

I manage other foruns (phpBB based), and it can be done... not sure how these vbulletin ones work...

Under the New Beetle Gallery thread, mine that's labeled something like "2010 Final Edition Number 1415 Aquarius Blue..."...can you change the number from 1415 to 1416? I had a blonde moment when I set up the thread... Lol!
