Remote File Uploads Disabled?

Hey,

Looking to change my avatar and it's not letting me.

It says that remote file uploads have been disabled, but I don't want to upload a thing, just link to an avatar on my server..

Problem solved, just upload your avatar rather than linking to it.

Yeah - but this is still a problem for attaching images from a URL as well....hopefully on Jeff's long lists of things to look into.

I'll definitely look into it, guys, but I have a feeling it's hopeless. I think our new server config demands that remote uploads be off for security reasons -- and I don't think we can change it.
