Exclamation Anyone driving through the St Louis area??

Hi everyone! I will be coming from Belleville Illinois (which is just across the river from St. Louis) and I plan on leaving early Thursday (depending on who I get to travel with). Are there any ToD peeps coming through my piece of the country??

I'm driving without GPS, and though I'll have maps and directions, it would be sooooo much better driving with others! I didn't mean to wait this long but I just found out I am able to attend, so now everything is "last minute" and I want to have it planned out better than it is so far!

It'll be a blast...can't wait to meet everyone

You might want to try to contact "The NEW ringo" aka Marc. He is from St Charles, Missouri, which isn't to far from you I think. Possibly you all could bugavan down together. I'm not sure if he is planning to travel with anyone else from your area. I hope this helps.

Are you out there Marc?

You should talk to the Texas people and try to link up with them on I-40 when they roll through.

If you are taking I-24 East to I-40 East you will be passing by my house.

And you, Mr D2Beetle, should meet up with our carabug on Friday in Murphreesboro and ride in to BC with us!

And what time would I need to be there? Do you have a "carabug" thread with the travel itinerary in it?

Yup, its in the "To all Texans..." thread. Itinerary on th emap shows down to the day. I am working on a by the hour Itinerary. I believe John (SixChuter), leader of our carabug, stated in another thread that we would be leaving Murfreesboro around 8 AM. Goal is to get to BC around noon.

You give me far too much credit, Mark. You have done an amazing job of helping to organize folks getting to LR, the map, the phone list and much more. Heck, it will be Thursday before the "leader" will catch up with you in LR.

We did the trip solo last year and I am just so tickled that we will be part of a group this year. I discovered on the way to Roswell last year just how much fun carabuggin' can be. By far, the "funnest" way to travel.

And you are right, if things go right I hope we will be rolling into BC around noon.

If we can survive for 4 more days we'll have finally reached APRIL!!!! I can almost smell it.
