It will be right around finals time but i think that i was better off with going and taking the day off then studing lol but i just live 30 min from the TN side so. I will be there next year not sure if i will be staying friday night since it is only about an hr and a half drive. I if i dont stay friday night i will not have to watch you guys drive by at 9:30 because i am late . We had a blast last year and cant wate for 2k11. Remember that i will be doing a run for every one that is local and wants to hit it again this summer. I have a thread in south east. We booked our room for next year when we checked in this year. If you want some relaxing time and have a few extra days, I recommend extending your stay. Llona and I stayed at The Ridge Top until Tuesday this year. We had originally planned to find some new roads (that we hadn't driven before) and run the Dragon again but we ended up just sitting out in front of our room for 2 days. It was easy to relax because we were the only people in the motel for 2 days. We also mananged to find a killer restraunt we hadn't seen before and an outstanding Ice Cream Shop. We booked up for a couple of extra days next year as well.

Ooo, thanks for reminding me John. Val and I were talking about extending our stay until Monday, possibly Tuesday. So it looks like you'll be stuck with Val and I for at least an extra day.

i'm hoping to make an extended stay in '11...both years i had to get back to Virginia for work...won't have to worry about that as much next year, so i'd like to spend a little more time tootling around the area.

Awww don't do that. Well its a long time to June 2011. Lots of things can happen before then. I am really going to try to attend both. But TOD was so much fun I hate to miss it next year. I've not been to Roswell yet so don't know what thats like in comparison. In reality tho - work is most likely going to dictate which one (or both) I can attend.

We originally planned that for this year, but it didn't work out. Hopefully next year we'll be able to do it. There were a few places we wanted to check out this year, we just didn't have enough time.

I understand where you are coming from, Roswell is a blast for sure, trust me you'd have a great time I wouldn't miss it for the world, no matter what happens I will be there...and again I will try to do TOD 2012 if my schedule and finances permit

One of the best things I've done in a long time is get to know all of you and make the 2k10 trip.
