a back from Wisconsin, eh? bump...

big thanks to Opelmania for the traffic assistance on the way there...sorry we didn't have a chance to get together during the week.

i had a great time at the Cartier family reunion (75+ strong), and activities including my first-ever pulled hamstring on the way from second to third base (in the annual softball game).

this event was followed by a very sudden stop on the basepath, with my face.

what fun. no major damage other than a couple of cuts on my chin and an extremely sore leg.

sure missed Iki's heated seats on the drive home...i sure could've used 'em.

is it may yet?

I can't wait to swamp that little town in my New Beetle two dollar bills! If we have 30+ New Beetles there and everyone spends all their money ie: hotels, food, fuel, and souvenir money in two dollar bills with the New Beetle logo stamped on them our impact will be felt for the rest of the year.

It's not like anyone could forget us in the first place, I just want folks looking at those bills a month or two later and smiling as they remember us.

I'll bring the rubber stamp with us. Make sure you start collecting two's when you go to the bank or order them a week or so in advance so your bank can get them from their cash vaults. It's a lot of fun and all the merchants in Roswell were thrilled to get them.
