Central (?) Caravan to 2012 ToD anyone?

So since apparently I'm blind and posted on an ancient thread, I'll try it again here.


Anyone in the Oklahoma area going to ToD? I would LOVE to carabug the whole way there, makes the drive go so much faster. Anyone interested? I'm located in Tulsa, but wouldn't mind going a little out of my way to meet up with anyone else!

I am in Lenoir city. I 40 passes right though it. If you guys want to meet up with me in Lenoir City i would be glad to cruse in with you and maybe all 3 of us will join in with ya and we could hit the dragon over it is the quickest way over or if you want o hit 441 it is a good rode as well.

That would be awesome! Kind of sucks I can't find anyone near OK to drive with, but at least there is hope I can find a few before reaching the Top.

Keep pushing for people to join your Carabugvan Randi. They will come. That's what we did when we trekked from Jacksonville to Roswell this last summer. I-40 will be a popular route. You guys are going to have a blast bugging down the big road!

Lisa and I are planning on running I-40. We will be coming down Hwy 65 to I-40 in Conway Ar. We could meet up somewhere along there. We are bringing 2 bugs. Last time we spent thurs nite in Murfreesboro, Tn. Then the rest of the way in on fri.

I plan on leaving Jonesboro, AR Friday early AM for a one-day trip to Bryson City. I'll be getting on I-40 at West Memphis, AR. I can meet up with the caravan in Nashville. Just need to establish a meeting place and time.

Since you are coming from Nashville on I40 you will come right by us East TN folk. Both hillbilly and German. If you want to pick up a few more let us know about what time you will be passing through and maybe we could meet up and make the last leg of the trip as one group.
