Red face Engine mods. stressing transmission?

I just recently installed a neuspeed supercharger on my 2.0, and power is great. Torque is incredible. Currently running about 175hp. at the chassis with some additional mods. I'm no expert at this but I'm mechanically inclined; did it myself. So far I haven't had any major concerns except that I have noticed that after going higher than 3,000 rpm's my reverse gear wont engage. It will though after the car has been sitting for about 5 hours. This does not happen if I do not push the charger past the 3000 rpm line and it never happened before installing the S/C. I replaced the transmission oil about 4 months ago, so I would rule "lacking lube" out. Therefore my turbo, supercharger owners or tuning friends, I need advice, or at least an answer. żIs my neuspeed supercharger putting pressure on my transmission or Am I about to wreck it?. Help!
