Voltage Stabilizer and Gound wiring

Have anyone use them or know how they preform?

i saw these kinda stuff on eaby and said add more power and so.

I have used the grounding cables and it works.. Audio sounds better, and you feel the engine a little bit more stable..
I recomend to install the Hiper grounging system.

where did you fint the stablizer i found the ground kits but not the stabalizer
