Question Radio controls on steering wheel?

I'm sure I haven't seen any NBs with volume and other radio-related controls on the steering wheel. They don't come out of the factory like that, do they?
Has anyone made this happen for their NB? Is it possible?
I was just wondering, because I love that little practicality. If anyone could help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.

I never owned a car with it, so I don't miss it, but I don't think the NB needs it.

The headunit sits up high in the dash and you barely need to look away from the road to make any adjustments.

The cars that really need this are the Mk. IV Jettas, Golfs! The radio is way down the console--I find it very distracting when driving my wife's Jetta.

Check out a product called "Blaupunkt Thummer"

I have no experience w/it; I just have knowledge of its existance.

Yeah, I currently drive a Jetta and my mom has a Sienna, from Toyota, which has that feature and I really like it.

But I think you're right. I've driven an NB before, on loan, and I do remember the dash is easily manageable.

Thanks for pointing that out!
