Default Mounting Scanguage II

I just got a ScanGauge II for my 2006 Diesel NB. Any suggestions on mounting the gauge unit? Sinse the dash is roundy, there seems few spots to mount it within easy eyesight.

I'm thinking of mounting it under the hazards, defroster. I'm wondering what to do with the cable.

What are you planning on doing it yer running it up to yer mirror? Having it drop down ... or?

I mounted mine right on top of the steering column, the cable is routed in the gap between the column and the dash, and while sitting I can see all gauges, although the view point in the photo doesn't really show it.
