Rear spoiler for NBC and coupe

Found on Ebay Austria. Very interresting. Not often these kind of spoiler would fit on a NBC:

I'm not liking picture 1 and 3. It looks a bit funny but, picture 2 sure looks alot like the Charactere spoiler and that I like.

It's the same spoiler but in different angle.
The only thing I'm not sure is will the truck opened freely either with the top up or down?

Oh I knew that. I was just pointing out that picture 2 was the only angle I liked and again, that's because it looks like the Charactere.

Yeah it looks like the folded down top may rest on top of the spoiler or get in the way of opening or closing the trunk.
