Would an 06 center console work in a 03? I know it should bolt in ok but my concern is the Ebrake. Will that line up right?

It will work, you need to drill a new hole for the ebrake or get a new ebrake handle.

Will you sell me your old console if you do this upgrade?

Are you sure about getting a new ebrake handle? I thought they moved the pin bolts on the body and introduced a new ebrake handle cover. But the handle itself is the same and will need some rework on the holes.
