Arrow maintaining boost?

I just got chipped. GIAC. The thing is great. And its still getting faster. My question is though, how can i maintain boost better cuz after i hit 4k the boost will decline by the time im at redline it'll be at 11psi. Any changes i can make? I don't mind it declining cuz the turbo isn't capable of more but i don't wanna drop that much.

so youre concerned that when you are redlining, your car doesnt want to push it any further so the boost drops to save your motor ? isnt that a good thing ?

Im talking about the stock redline not the chipped cuz the redline is moved to 7k to get a wider powerband. Shifting at 5k is better than 6500 and i don't think it should be like that?. I hear people that can maintain boost to 5k until they start to lose boost .at 4k i peak out at boost then its downhill.
