Default VAG-COM adaptation question disabling seatbelt warning.

So, I went to disable the seatbelt warning.

My current Channel 17 is '11232'

According to Ross-Tech, I would need to change it to '05232'

When I do that, the seat belt warning turns off, but then the spoiler light illuminates. I have a convertible... no spoiler.

So... figuring the seatbelt warning is a value of 02 and the first 2 digits are the sum of all the values of equipment you want enabled, I plugged in '09232'

This resulted in no change to the seat belt warning, but didn't trigger the spoiler light.

Any ideas? I put it back to the default of '11232' for now.

Are the first two digits a hexadecimal value? Would 11-2=0F?
