Default Will Audi rims fit?

Have a great opportunity to grab some audi rims with 205/60r16 tires on them. Since the tire size is the same, the question is will the rims fit onto my 99 turbo beetle? Anyone know?? Thanks

Depends.... MOST Audi Models use a 5x112 bolt pattern while our cars have 5x110. You should ask which bolt pattern that car has first before buying.

You can get adapters or have them redrilled to 5x110 to make them fit, but those cost quite a bit and in the long term, adapters sometimes run into problems...

For what its worth, any rim that can fit onto any 1999.5-2005 Jetta, GTI, or Golf will also fit on your car.

I don't know if that was a typo on your part but the bolt patterns for new beetles are 5x100 not 5x110. Find out what the wheels came off of and google Audi _____ bolt pattern.

Off the top of my head, the only late model Audi with 5x100 wheels would be a 1st (maybe 2nd?) gen Audi TT since it is an A4 platform car like the Beetle. The rest would be 5x112. You could run those with spacer/adapters, just beware that the added offset can cause extra strain on the wheel bearings.

Audi (except TT) is 5x112 and the New Beetle is a 5x100 bolt pattern. I'd suspect the wheels you are looking at are 5x112, but if they came off a first generation TT, you should be ok on bolt pattern and offsets.

Sorry, that was a typo! Beetles are 5x100 while most audi are 5x112.
