Yes, with little performance gain, if any. I went that route and finally got tired of the check engine light. I tried several "cheaters" on the aft O2 sensor and couldn't get it to stay off.
If you just need to replace yours cause it's bad, you can do like I did. I picked up a Magnaflow and had it welded in for MUCH cheaper than an OEM one. Since I had a 3" exhaust, I used this: Magnaflow 94139 Single Sensor Cat 3" In/Out They come in any size inlet/exhaust port. |
