Any lights come on in the dash?

The next time it does this; look and see if a light is flashing that has a image of a key; if it is... then, it is related to the immobilizer! In that case; the car is shutting off the ignition; thus, the "starts" and "stalls". The immoblizer, needs troubleshooting!
There could be other possibilities like the crank sensor.. scan, get the trouble codes! Let us know how things progress....This video; shows the flashing light (image of outline of a car and a key) immobilizer issue: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=be9xhZS9ho0 |
