Default Installation of ECS Tuning Fog Light Conversion Kit

I ordered and received the fog light installation kit from ECS Tuning for my 2010 NB Convertible. I am debating on whether or not have this dealer-installed but can'f make an intelligent decision because ECS provided absolutely zero instructions about wiring the harness. I've looked all over this forum and emailed ECS to see if I can find more info. Has anyone actually installed this kit themselves? Can you lead me to any instructions? Any help would be appreciated.

I have installed my own fog lights on my 09 NBC, but not from the ECS kit. What I installed is basically the same purchased separately. Remove the left and right grilles, install lights, but leave the new grilles out until job is completed. You will need to install the one wire to the light switch pin 8/NL. (I prefer to use the Euro light switch.) This wire goes to the fog lights. Voltage is already supplied to the light switch for fog operation. The relay is not needed. Getting the wire down to the fog light is the biggest job.

This is the simple way, that is, the fog lights will be ON during high beams. Factory install (the legal way) disables the fog lights with high beams on, thus the fog light relay. This is a more involved installation which I did using parts from a donor car. Hope this helps.

A person can do this themselves, but you kinda need to know what you are doing.
