Help: Fuel door won't open

So I get out to fill up Natasha and she refuse to open the fuel door. I checked the manual and did not see any mention of a manual release.

I have the door panel off and the hatch + fuel switch pod out but with out a wiring digram hard to say for sure if the switch is bad or not or how to "hot wire" the fuel door to open.

Any help would be greatly appericated

Thanks for the link but I got it figured out with my multimeter. I guess I have not forgotten everything I learned in the Air Force.

I did try the cable thing first but it never openned. Maybe I did not pull hard enough.
