i have Sirius and i mounted it as follows. I mounted the antenna on the roof next to the am/fm antenna. Ran the antenna wire under the hatch back weatherstrip to the point where the grey panel meet the black in my car. Then I wen along the passenger side of the seat pushing wire behind cushions. from there it goes under the floor mat and then into the seam between the console and the floor. I velcroed the unit to the console. Power wire is right there. I can send or post pics if you need them. I like the sat radio so much i only have one preset set in my Bug on Fm and two on am. Feel free to contact me if ya need any help. Oh and I also glued some felt on the bottom of the antenna so it doesnt scratch the paint.

I mounted my antenna right behind the regular antenna....into the trunk....tucked into the mouldingalong the roof all the way to the dash.....trucked into the sides of the dash and the windshield ...into the unit....tucked the excess under the dash panel closest to the windshield. Not the most perfect method, but it's hidden rather nicely for my purposes. Plus it's removable if need be.

Here's my mount, although I need to put a spacer behind it to bring it forward a bit.

Default Thanks Oyveychris

I was thinking about putting in the same spot but it seams a bit to far away.

I place the ant. behind the ve ant. and tucked the wire as I came forward!

Keep them comming and if anybody made a homemade mount lets see it!
