Default Anyone ever has your EPC,check engine light, and etc flash when car is off and on?

I stated my car and the wipers are going really slow even when there in the off position, then my brights are on when i dont have them on and the EPC Oil light traction control and both turn signal are flashing the car is running fine but all this is going on. Is my ECU going nuts? ALso when i turn the car off it all is still flashing even with the key off and it locked. So i had to dis connect the battery so it wouldnt run it dead. Anyone have any idea what is going on?
