Question for euroswitch pros

I did the led install for the rear fog indicator in my euroswitch and it worked correctly for 6 months. I recently noticed the first pull which turns on the front fogs doesn't change the indicator from red to green any longer but my fog lights work. The second pull still correctly lights the rear fog and the amber led. Any suggestions? How do I get my green led back for the first pull?

Have you taken a look at the circuit board to see if a contact or trace broke? It's either that or the LED bulb died, which is unlikely but not impossible.
