Default 2002 2.0 beetle, auto, tranmission slams

this is aproblem Ive noticed over the last few months, but it happens to intermittenly, it would take 20 trips for the dealer to identify it.

nearly most of the time, the tranny is smooth and works like new. but at random times, right before a upshift, the tranny will slam into the gear. this is enough the car pretty good but after that, it shifts just fine.

anyone else? im just 2 months out of the 5 year powertrain warranty

I founded the code on my car since I got CEL on but after engine problems are solved, the vw garage scanned transmission for me because we don't feel right about shifting of my Automatic trans. We found one fault code(which CEL wasn't on,everything looks fine) Scan the code first, if you found any code, everything will be revealed after that
